Phil was extremely professional and went above and beyond fitting our new Worcester bosch Greenstar 4000 30w combi boiler. He encountered some problems (as a result of our unusual and old property) making for a less than simple installation but he completed a very professional job to a high standard and gave a good deal more time to it than he had anticipated working late into the evening to ensure it was completed as he was concerned about us being without heat and hot water for our 3 young children. A thoroughly nice man who at all times was thoughtful and professional. I cannot praise him enough!
